Ordered a lovely jumpsuit for a wedding. And it never came it got lost in transit. So Disappointing. However Helen from customer service was just lovely. Very helpful and once we discovered the parcel had got lost it was refunded straight away to my PayPal account.
I had difficulty finding how to return some of the items. Helen was quick to respond, clear and helpful. Thank you Helen
I was told by Silkfred that I had received a refund for a dress that I returned, my bank could only find two refunds on my account, one from EBay and one from Amazon, have not received anything. Very disappointed
I am now the owner of two beautiful dresses! The quality is excellent, the styles to choose from brilliant. Because I couldn't decide on which dress to wear for my son's wedding I actually bought four dresses, then made my decision and returned two. Customer service? cannot fault it, returning items simple and fuss free. I am very impressed with SilkFred and will definitely be buying again.
One of the few on line clothes retailers not to send returns notes and labels and they don’t tell you until you have placed the order that some items are from outside the UK...nearly 4 weeks and waiting. I ordered 2 dresses in the same style just different colours and one was considerably bigger (I suspect wrong size labelling) I have kept 3 items from a large order and happy with those pieces.
Great clothes, latest fashion and very helpful, love this site. Also reasonably priced. Easy to deal with.
